Current state of play:
February/March is blocked out for last attempt at Norway in winter hopefully with my friend Radu joining up with me along the way.
April/May blocked out for another Scottish Highlands trip to indulge my refound love for Trees, the older and more gnarled the better, they make me feel good, probably because they look like me. This trip will be a Solo one dedicated to photography.
Hmmm! What to say, travels all died very suddenly just as I'd finished packing for the first trip. Not just for me but the whole World, what a bummer. Getting a bit stir crazy now and as restrictions are slowly lifting might venture off for a short two week tour to search out some "Monumental Trees" in Germany. Got my eye on a place in the Tiergarten, Ivenack up in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Sounds interesting, they have some impressive pedunculate oaks by all accounts.
From some of the images I've seen they could fit into my iR series rather nicely.
