Otherwise not much up, couple of short excursions Saturday and Sunday, bit wet and windy which is not so bad, the light was atrocious though and was not very successful, (restrain your comments to that please).
Run in the opposite direction today and a couple of my attempts are posted. One thing is for sure you have to have everything ready to hand. See a great composition, lighting to dream of. Stop the vehicle, without blocking the road, difficult here and set up tripod, camera and all the rest of the shenanigans. Frame the image and lo and behold, "taint there no more, weather, lighting or whatever has turned and you wonder why the hell did I stop in the first place. But if you get lucky and your act is together there are great chances.
Stopped thinking of the Aurora, either it and the weather will come to an agreement over the next seventeen days and I get lucky or its back next year. Latest thing is fog, which isn't too bad, also makes for interesting images. Just have to keep my eyes open.
Nothing else, so 'till mañana.
