As our route took us past Schwerin near to were we bought the Camper stopped of there to get an additional spare part as a back up rather than a necessity. Turned out to be a good idea as on the following morning, 11.04 the electrics kept tripping out so we had them checked at the same time. Left the workshop three hours later with an additional spare part and two new board batteries for the Camper circuits. And a bit poorer of course.
Called into Rostock as planned and they had not had the special tripod I had ordered delivered. Rude word. Anyway it will be there on Tuesday latest so we have landed on the Island of Poel in the Mecklenburg Bay. 53° 59' 41" N 11° 26' 45" E and I never new it existed. Birdwatchers paradise so shall stay here until Monday and then move on.
